The Beatles_007

Complete the target row marked by the flashing Increase X arrow. This raises the points counted after the ball and increases the number multiplying those points. Then shoot the upper loop repeatedly for the largest repeatable score.

The whole game

Objective

This table has no timed song challenges. Knock down the currently marked target row, raise the end-of-ball multiplier, and then use the upper flipper to shoot the upper loop.

Every drop target scores 1,000, adds 1,000 bonus, and lights one loop lamp. The upper loop pays 1,000 per lit lamp, up to 10,000. Clear the lit bank to raise Bonus X; clear all three banks on the same ball and 2X Loop makes it 20,000 a trip.

The four upper standups send the ball to the spinner: lit hits add bonus and move the spinner from 200 a spin toward 1,000. Return lanes can earn lit extra balls. Outlanes can pay a lit Special, which is a replay credit, not another ball.

There are no songs to choose, no locks, no jackpot, no multiball, no timed modes, and no wizard-style finale. Your finish line is practical: advance Bonus X, double the loop, and keep the upper loop moving.

First game route: clear the Increase X bank, follow the lamp to the next bank, clear all three banks, then shoot the loop whenever it is safe. If Extra Ball lights at a return lane, earn that lane before risking more loop shots.

Four high targets do not fall down. Hit them while lit to add bonus and raise the spinner value. The spinner begins at 200 a spin and can climb to 1,000.

How to try it: Hold the ball still on the right lower flipper. Aim at the flat face of Four upper standups → spinner, not beside it. A direct hit usually rebounds toward the center, so have both flippers ready.

Three drop banks

Eleven drop targets sit in three banks. Each target scores 1,000, adds 1,000 bonus, and lights one loop lamp. The lit Increase X arrow tells you which bank raises Bonus X when completed.

How to try it: Hold the ball still on the right lower flipper. Aim at the flat rectangular faces in Three drop banks, one target at a time; do not aim at the gaps or the plastic above them. Expect the ball to rebound toward the middle after contact.

Full upper loop

The loop circles the top of the table. It pays 1,000 for every loop lamp lit, up to 10,000. After all three banks fall on one ball, 2X Loop makes it 20,000.

How to try it: Hold the ball still on the right lower flipper. Aim through the open channel at the bottom of Full upper loop; the ball must pass the entrance switch and continue up the lane. If a weak shot rolls back down the same lane, let it return to a flipper before trying again.

Runway, outlanes, return lanes

Return lanes send the ball to the flippers and earn lit extra balls. Outlanes end the ball but can pay a lit Special. Bumpers and slingshots can move which lower-lane lamp is lit.

How to try it: These lanes are reached when the ball returns toward the lower flippers; they are not direct shots. Use the flipper buttons to move any flashing lane light before the ball crosses a switch.

Launch deliberately

Launch

Full plunge

Pulling the launcher all the way back usually sends the ball to the upper-left flipper. Hold that flipper for a middle-bank deflection, or time a shot at the loop.

Softer plunge

A partial pull can send the ball to the upper-right flipper for a sweep across the middle bank. In VPX, watch the first plunge and adjust.

Launch strength does not score a special award. It chooses the first upper-flipper chance, so aim for the bank or loop you want.

Your first useful run

First route

A chrome pinball crossing a colorful 1960s stage toward three illuminated rows of drop targets and an upper loop.
First routeClear the bank marked Increase X, follow the lamp to the other banks, then take the doubled loop.
1 · Choose a launch that gives you an upper-flipper shot, full pull for upper-left or partial pull for upper-right.
2 · Look for the Increase X lamp and clear the bank it points at.
3 · Follow the lamp to the next bank. Each completed lit bank raises Bonus X.
4 · Clear all three banks on one ball to light 2X Loop.
5 · Shoot the upper loop for the doubled value, then return to banks when a shot with a predictable return appears.

The rows of targets

Banks

Three rows of stage-light targets illuminating in sequence toward a bright loop at the top of a vintage music set.
Bank progressionThe lit bank raises Bonus X; all three banks on one ball light the doubled loop.

Drop banks do nearly everything important: target points now, bonus later, loop value, Bonus X, and extra-ball Requirements. Watch the lamp beside each bank before choosing the next shot.

Loop and bonus

Every dropped target lights one loop lamp and adds 1,000 bonus. The loop pays 1,000 per lamp, up to 10,000. Base bonus can increase to 39,000 before the multiplier is applied at the drain.

Bonus X

The Increase X lamp points at one bank. Clear that bank and Bonus X rises one step, up to 7X. At 6X and 7X, Special behavior and multiplier reset can depend on the owner’s settings.

Bank payout

After a bank resets, clear it again. When only one target remains, hitting it pays your current base bonus plus 1,000 immediately. That is an immediate payout; your multiplied end-of-ball bonus still waits until the ball ends.

Extra ball

Completing a bank moves its blue Advance Loop lamp to Lights Extra Ball. The extra ball is not awarded yet. To earn it, roll through the lit return lane.

What is not here

No modes

The Beatles PuP pack adds music and video, but not rules. A song or clip does not start a round, change shot values, light a jackpot, or move you toward a finale.

Use that simplicity. If no extra-ball lane is lit, your best visible priorities are Bonus X, 2X Loop, loop shots, and spinner value from the four upper standups.

Advanced scoring strategy

Scoring

A controlled upper-flipper shot sends a chrome ball through a glowing loop above rows of vintage stage targets.
Scoring routeRaise Bonus X first. Shoot the loop only when the ball arrives slowly at the upper flipper.

Main route

Clear the lit Increase X bank first, then the next two banks it selects. With all three banks down on one ball, 2X Loop is lit. Shoot the loop for 20,000 whenever the ball arrives slowly at the upper flipper.

Video

  1. 0:48 — the loop and three banks define the whole playfield.
  2. 1:33 — every completed bank raises loop value and Bonus X.
  3. 2:53 — finishing all three banks doubles the loop; upper flippers choose loop or runway.
  4. 3:34 — the four high standups raise spinner value.
  5. 3:51 — most lamps go dark after a lost ball; Bonus X is the main carryover.
